Customers may cancel any recurring subscription at any time before their next billing date by contacting consult@elevateio.co.uk. Once cancelled, no further subscription payments will be taken. Due to the nature of digital services and the immediate allocation of resources, one-off setup fees and subscription payments are generally non-refundable once work has commenced or services have been delivered. However, we review all refund requests fairly on a case-by-case basis and encourage customers to contact us directly if they have any concerns regarding our services.
